Employer Based Discounts

Employers who are willing deduct the cost of the individual wellness plan from their employee’s pay, can offer their employees a $5 discount over our regular monthly cost. In addition, employees will receive the following:

• membership dues waived ($55)
• facility fee waived ($40)

Corporate Wellness

Open Swim: Swimming in the pool with lifeguard on duty. Children (with restrictions) and adults.*

Lap Swim: Restricted to swimming laps with lifeguard on duty. Adults, teens and children able to swim laps.*

Warm Water Pool: Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of exercising or relaxing in our warm water pool. Adults only.*

Master’s Swim: For swimmers who wish the support and encouragement of other swimmers while engaged in a rigorous workout. Adults only.*

Aqua Classes: Aquatic conditioning classes held in the lap or warm water pool. See schedule for age requirements.*

Fitness Center: Modern equipment to work out on. Adults may request an orientation but it is required for teens over the age of 12 prior to using the center. Children are not permitted in the center at any time.

Sauna: Sit and relax in this co-ed facility. Adults only.

*Activities are based on a schedule which is published regularly. The schedule is subject to change in order to better accommodate programmatic and member needs.

Group Exercise

let us come to you

Start the morning with group exercise at your facility or bring everyone together for a mid afternoon break. The ywca greater newburyport can offer your employees a wide range of group exercise programs including:

• Group Strength Pilates
• Step Zumba
• Yoga (mats not provided)
  

You can have as many employees attend as your space allows. Classes can be tailored to the specific needs of your employees. Classes last between 45 minutes and one hour. Rate: $50 per class

or—you can come to us

We can offer the same classes at our facility, however, class sizes will be limited. In addition, we offer spin classes on site. for more information please call Ilene at 978-465-9922 x 33. Rate: $75 per class
