Fall 2008 Swim Programs We are very excited to be offering swim experiences for all ages in our new The Breakers are Back! The Breakers Swim Team is coming back to the YWCA Greater Newburyport. Please click on the links below for more information. The Early Birds At Brown Childcare Program is for Kindergarteners at the Brown school. Program hours run from school 7:00-8:45 Monday through Friday for the full curriculum days of the Newburyport Public Schools.* Our daily activities include outdoor play, group games, social enrichment, community building activities, free play and long term projects that are developed by children and staff together. Our Philosophy: The YWCA Greater Newburyport Early Birds At Brown Programs will provide a warm, caring atmosphere where children are accepted unconditionally. All programs are inclusive, open to all children regardless of color, race, economic status, religious background, or family composition. Staff members will strive to create an environment, which is a careful balance between reliable security, and stimulation that fosters exploration and growth. Click here for the Parent's Handbook Bresnahan School Grades K-3 This year, the Schools Out program is offering year- round high quality care for grades K-3 at the Bresnahan Elementary School. During the school year we offer care Monday- Friday from dismissal to 6:00 pm encompassing the 180 days of school. Early release days, vacation days and summer programming will be organized and registered separately. Click here for more information on the School's Out program. Our Mission: At school’s out, younger elementary school children will grow and explore in areas that include self, peers and community. Our experienced and committed staff will provide the physical space, engaging activities, and social experiences enabling children to have a successful and fun after-school experience. There will be time in each day for homework, healthy snacks, physical activities and fun! Enrollment options: (based on a school year contract)

Molin School Grades 4, 5 & 6 The YWCA Greater Newburyport, and Newburyport Youth Services bring high quality after school care for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade Molin students from dismissal to 6:00 pm. The program will be divided into three sessions (fall, winter and spring) encompassing the 180 days of school. Early release days and vacation day programming will be organized and registered separately. Our Mission: yw kids after-school strives to recharge our children, unite them as a small community, and create opportunities for them to give back to the larger community. Our experienced and committed staff will provide the physical space, engaging activities and social experiences to enable children to have a successful and fun after school experience. There will be time in each day for homework, healthy snacks, physical activities and fun! Enrollment options: (based on a trimester session)
