Join us for Yankee Homecoming Waterfront Workout Series!
We’re so excited to be offering two workout classes as part of Yankee Homecoming’s Waterfront Series! Start your morning with us at our 45-minute Strength Fusion class down at the Newburyport Waterfront. This class is an interval-style workout combines cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and core work. YWCA Strength Fusion is for designed for all fitness levels, modifications will be provided so everyone can participate to their comfort level.
