YWCA Residences at Ingalls Court I

The YWCA Residences at Ingalls Court I, located at 14 Ingalls Court in Methuen, serves seniors age 62 and older. The first floor houses Element Care’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Tenants who choose to participate in PACE receive comprehensive on-site services, including primary care, behavioral health support, physical therapy, and social services.

The building is constructed to Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) standards, making it highly energy efficient. In addition, 320 solar panels are installed on the roof, generating nearly one-third of the energy needed to operate the building.
