YWCA Group Exercise

The YWCA Wellness staff brings a breadth of knowledge and certifications across all exercise platforms and personal training.  We offer a diverse schedule appealing to all ages with expertise instruction making all classes accessible to all fitness populations. Come in and try some of our amazing classes including Yoga, Barre/Pilates, Fit for All (strength/dance/interval), Group Strength, Cardio HIIT,Zumba Gold and Zumba, Spin, Aquatic Exercise and Step (20/20/20) to name a few.
