YWCA Residences at Ingalls Court 2

Ingalls Court 2, located at 12 Ingalls Court in Methuen, Massachusetts, is the second phase of the YWCA’s Ingalls Court development. This phase adds 48 new affordable housing units, further expanding housing opportunities for seniors age 62 and older. Ingalls Court 2 continues the commitment to high-quality, energy-efficient design and service-enriched housing. The project is currently in development, with a projected completion date of January 2027.
