YWCA Residences at Ingalls Court 2

 Located at Ingalls Court in Methuen, Ingalls Court II is the second building in the Ingalls Court campus and will offer 48 affordable apartments for seniors age 62 and older.

Applications are expected to open in February, with the building anticipated to open in early 2027.
