Stand Against Racism
April 7, 2021

Each April, YWCAs across the nation work to raise awareness about systemic racism and what we can do to bring about racial equity. This year, YWCAs across Massachusetts—including YW Boston, YWCA Cambridge, YWCA Central Massachusetts, YWCA Malden, YWCA Greater Newburyport, YWCA Northeastern Massachusetts, and YWCA Southeastern Massachusetts—have teamed up to engage more people across the state in anti-racism work.

At YWCA Greater Newburyport, we are gearing up for our digital Stand Against Racism campaign. Join us by signing up to host a conversation with your workplace or community based on exclusive curated content or an online pledge board.

About Stand Against Racism:

Stand Against Racism is a signature campaign of YWCA USA to build community among those who work for racial justice and to raise awareness about the negative impact of institutional racism in our communities.

The 2021 Stand Against Racism campaign spans the month of April and inspires individuals and workplaces to take action to eliminate racism. For the first time this year, the Alliance of YWCAs of Massachusetts has come together to host Stand Against Racism together, in order to reach a wider audience and engage more individuals across Massachusetts. There are many ways to get involved. Join us!
